Picture behind the scenes where I teach all day. I teach at rehabs for eating disorders, as a yoga and wellness teacher at Fusion Academy (grades 6 to 12 school), Cancer Patients with Life with Cancer, as well as privates, corporate and open to public classes.

Almost all are dealing with much and let's face it yoga isn't going to fix it all. Instead my focus is on helping a few of obstacles and seeing if that helps that individual. Often it does and allows them to move forward; maybe to other areas where I can help again.

I really like inspiring each of us to take care of ourselves so we can also do this towards others. Sure we have every reason for stress but each of us has the power to help and take an action in our daily life. I think we forget this and see that each person we encounter is an opportunity to make a difference. Our action may not make the News but it is so vital and important.

The word Namaste means "I see you". You can apply it to mean more than just a greeting. It is a way to pause our reaction and take a moment to look outside ourselves. Have you ever watched TV and have them break for an important announcement? We need to do the same and take your thought and pause; take a break for another, often more important announcement.

In the meantime I hope to see you online for classes even if that makes you scared or afraid. I have seen many this week who have been gone a while. I don't say this out of guilt but I truly hold space for YOU and would really love to see your smile, be a part of something positive and loving. It is wonderful to see someones name come up that I haven't seen in a while and then we reconnect and share. It is so loving and kind.

I honestly hope to see you and if not....

...be sure to "Have a good day for no reason!"
