Now time for the next step for many of us. Put aside our differences and sides for we are all one; we are all human beings and hurting for so many reasons. The most amazing part about our democracy is the ability to have differences but find solutions.
The next step for us right now is healing and pulling through the tough times. The pandemic is still here, unemployment is still high and we have loss and worry.
Yoga and meditation are wonderful tools to help us maintain our well-being and health. Doctors recommend it all the time...however most do not practice what they preach. That doesn't mean that they don't see the proof from the studies and patients. It will take action to come to yoga when you are too tired, exhausted or upset. That is when you need it more than ever. So come for a bit and just sit with us - but come and watch how you help yourself and your mood.
As you will see from the schedule below I am away for school this weekend. This semester is coming to a close so I have more hours online unfortunately. I will be back for the full schedule next Monday. There are series and workshops as well that start next week so be sure to check those out too.
I had a few students share with me that they were working as volunteers at the voter polls and were very anxious but they watched my videos to help them when they couldn't make it to class. That is why I made them and so glad they are there to help you.
I will see some of you Wednesday night (November 11th) but for those I don't see have a good week for no reason and I will see you next week.
